Travel Alert – Important changes to border entry requirements Queensland & South Australia

QUEENSLAND

Border pass requirement – applies to anyone entering Queensland who has been anywhere in Victoria on or since 29 January
Effective for arrivals from 1am AEST Saturday 13 February 2021 until further notice
Border pass must be obtained before entering Queensland
Anyone who has been in Greater Melbourne returning to Queensland between 29 January and 13 February
It is recommended that you get tested immediately and isolate until you receive a negative result
If you attended any of the listed venues you should get tested immediately and isolate for 14 days

SOUTH AUSTRALIA

Anyone who has been in Greater Melbourne on or after 4 February will no longer be allowed to enter SA unless they are a returning resident, are genuinely relocating, are essential travellers.
Anyone who was in South Australia before 12.01am on Thursday having visited Greater Melbourne must have a COVID-19 test and self-quarantined until they receive a negative test result, and must get tested again on day 5 and day 12.
From midnight Saturday 13 February, travellers from NSW And Western Australia will no longer need to undergo mandatory COVID-19 testing upon arrival into South Australia.
